    Disproportionate Profits Did Not Disturb Separate Business Interest

    In the case of Johnson v. Johson, the Virginia Court of Appeals ruled that the trial court was correct in determining what portion of a business was wife's separate property even though she shared in the profits of the business at an amount that was larger than what the business entity's documents allowed.
