    Large Amount of Visitation Zeroes Out Child Support

    An Indiana court has ruled that a parenting time credit based on evidence that non-custodial father had children over forty percent of the time could be credited towards father's weekly child support obligation thereby zeroing it out, but could not establish an affirmative support obligation on behalf of custodial mother.  Read the case here.
