In the cae of Shoemaker v. Karau, the Virginia Court of Appeals, in an unpublished opinion, held that the trial court did not err in its interpretation of Code Section 20-124.3:1 when it refused father's attempt to have three therapists testify where mother would not consent to their testimony.
