    We Have Released Our New Fall "Family Matters" Newsletter!

    This issue of Family Matters contains an article about snooping on your spouse and how legally dangerous that can be. We have also included an article about a Virginia Supreme Court case recognizing for the first time in Virginia the tort of tortious interference with parental rights in a case where a man's child was adopted without his knowledge or consent.
