In the case of Harris v. Harris, an ex-wife was able to keep her spousal support after her ex-husband failed to prove that his ex was cohabiting with her boyfriend. The boyfriend spent one or two days a week at the ex-wife's house and sometimes went for several weeks without visiting the ex-wife. The boyfriend kept his motorcycle and snowblower at the ex-wife's house, but did not keep any clothes there and maintained a separate residence.
