In the case of Lisa J. Wills v. W. Neil Wills, a published opinion, the Virginia Court of Appeals ruled that the trial court did not abuse its discretion in declining to award appellant additional attorney’s fees, but did err in finding the parties’ Postnuptial Agreement was abrogated under Code § 20-155 by one of their later separations and reconciliations.
